Verifica que el paciente de la sesion coincida con el del EMR antes de inyectar. Bloquea con modal de confirmacion si hay discrepancia. Safety guard (INTE-1126) that prevents injecting a medical record into the wrong patient’s chart. Before every injection, the panel re-extracts the patient name from the EMR page (fresh read, not cache) and compares it with the session patient. The guard is fail-open: absent names, placeholders, accent/case/word-order differences never block. Only a definite disagreement triggers the modal. The modal offers three options:
  • Switch session — opens the session switcher dropdown
  • Inject anyway — audited escape hatch (logged to Datadog with session ID, both names, URL)
  • Cancel — closes the modal
