Boton que abre la nota clinica completa en scribe-web en una nueva pestana. An external-link icon button in the patient card header opens (or focuses) the scribe-web tab for the current session. The web-app base URL is resolved from the live ai-backend host so production builds link to production scribe-web, not dev.
