What is Scribe Web Companion?

The Telepatia Scribe Web Companion is a browser extension that brings AI-powered clinical documentation directly into the doctor’s EMR (Electronic Medical Record) workflow. It runs alongside any supported EMR system in the browser, capturing consultations in real time and injecting generated medical records into the EMR’s form fields — without the doctor leaving their existing workflow. It is the browser-side component of the Telepatia Scribe product.

What does it do?

Real-time AI Scribe

Captures the consultation via microphone, transcribes and generates the clinical note automatically while the doctor and patient talk.

EMR Integration

Detects the hospital’s EMR system, extracts patient data from the screen, and injects the generated medical record into the correct form fields.

Multi-platform

Supports 20+ EMR platforms across Colombia and Brazil — SURA, GHIPS, Clinisys, Tasy, MV PEP, Gomedisys, and more.

Intelligent Injection

Patient mismatch safety guard, standard RPA injection, and Magic Injection via AI RPA for mapped EMR screens.

How does it work?

The extension injects a floating panel into the EMR page that the doctor interacts with during and after consultations:
  1. Before the consultation — the panel detects the patient on the EMR screen and shows their name
  2. During the consultation — the doctor records the consultation (via the built-in recorder or the Telepatia mobile/web app)
  3. After the consultation — the panel displays the completed session with the generated medical record, ready to be injected into the EMR form
The injection is a single click: the doctor reviews the note and clicks “Insert Medical Record” (or “Magic Injection” on mapped pages). The extension fills the EMR form fields automatically.
