Injection status messages (success, error, processing) and account mismatch warnings. Inline status messages appear below the patient card:
  • Info (blue) — “Preparing form fields for insertion…”
  • Success (green) — “Medical record inserted successfully”
  • Error (red) — “Failed to insert. Try again.”
Additionally, an account mismatch banner (yellow) warns when the logged-in account doesn’t match the session owner. A session switch error toast (red) appears when a manual session switch fails and rolls back.
