Individual installation

For individual use (developers, pilots, or personal accounts), install directly from the Chrome Web Store:

Install the extension

Click the link above and install from the Chrome Web Store.

Sign in

Click the extension icon in the toolbar and sign in with your Telepatia account.

Navigate to your EMR

Open your hospital’s EMR system in the browser. The floating panel appears automatically on supported EMR pages.

Start a consultation

Begin a consultation — Telepatia captures the session and generates the clinical note.

Institutional deployment

For hospital-wide deployment to managed Windows workstations, the extension is installed via browser policy (no Chrome Web Store required). This is the recommended approach for clinical environments.
Institutional installation requires a policy management platform (ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Microsoft Intune, GPO, or equivalent) and HTTPS connectivity to cdn.telepatia.ai.

Chrome profile sign-in

Deploy the extension policy at the device level. In Windows GPO, use Computer Configuration, not User Configuration. Use the force_installed policy from the selected build guide below. The device policy applies to every Chrome profile on the target workstation. If a clinician signs in to Chrome or creates a new Chrome profile, Chrome installs the extension in that profile. The clinician cannot disable or remove it. Chrome profiles keep extension data and Telepatia sessions separately. A clinician can need to sign in to Telepatia again after switching Chrome profiles. This does not remove the force-installed extension. To validate the policy, open chrome://policy, select Reload policies, and confirm that ExtensionSettings has status OK. Then open chrome://extensions and confirm that the extension is installed by the administrator. Telepatia maintains two parallel builds — choose based on the browser’s underlying Chromium version:

Manifest V3 Installation

For Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Chromium forks with version >= 88. This is the recommended build for most environments.

Manifest V2 Installation

For Chromium forks (Cent Browser, etc.) with version < 88. Legacy build for older browsers only.

How to choose

To find your Chromium version, open chrome://version (or cent://version for Cent Browser). The underlying Chromium version determines the choice, not the product version.
