Draggable panel that floats over the EMR page. Can be minimized to a launcher on the right edge and freely repositioned. The panel is injected into the EMR page as a React component inside a Shadow DOM, ensuring complete CSS isolation from the host page. It auto-centers on mount and after restore (minimize→reopen), tracking the doctor’s manual repositioning so auto-centering stops after the first drag. The regular panel shell is 400px wide with 16px border-radius, using the olive/green design system (Figma node 940-3948). On smaller screens it switches to a compact shell with reduced width and spacing. All styling is inline React.CSSProperties — no external CSS — for deterministic rendering on any third-party EMR page.
